Being established in May 2009, Shanxi Weisao Food Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise mainly engaged in the research and development, processing, production and sales of Wenxi Huamo, Weisao Steamed Buns, Dried Buns, Oil Tea, flour and other series of pasta fermented products. The head office is located in Wenxi County, Shanxi Province, the birthplace of China’s agricultural civilization and traditional culture, covering an area of 28 mu, owning one set of flour unit which can process 7.2 million kilograms of flour annually, three automatic imitation biochemical intelligent steamed bun production lines, and two automatic packaging lines. The branch company (Weisao Yifen) is located in the yard of Taiyuan Yifen Beverage Company (formerly TISCO Soda Factory), which has the first fully automatic imitation hand-made aseptic Weisao bun production line in China (jointly developed with Qingdao Zhengya Company and declared 5 invention patents), with a daily production capacity of 300,000 Weisao buns. Up to now, the company has total assets of more than RMB 20 million yuan, more than 130 employees, and 5 registered trademarks such as Weisao (with pinyin) and Weisao (paper-cutting), etc. It is a leading enterprise in Shanxi Province that specializes in the large-scale production of Wenxi Huamo, Weisao Bun and other series of special pasta food.

Since its operation, the company has been adopting the operating model of “Company + Base + Farmers”, driving the surrounding farmers to plant 15,000 mu of wheat, with an output of 395,000 kilograms, enabling more than 3,100 farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich.
